Shipping policy

Delivery Time

We aim to process all orders within 24 - 48 hours.

Standard shipping -  5-10 working days.

Express shipping -  2-5 working days.

Shipping times are only estimates and will vary depending on your location and time zone.

Pricing

Standard shipping - $10 AUD Australia Wide.

Express shipping - $20 AUD Australia Wide.

Delivery

If you are not home at the time of your order’s delivery, you may be left a calling card. Australian customers: Your order will be redirected to your local post office and you can collect the package from your local post office with your Photo ID.

Order tracking

Once your order is packed and posted, you will receive an email with your order's tracking number. You will be sent a unique tracking code for your package that can be tracked online. Please allow up to 48 hours between Monday to Saturday for your tracking number VIA email. If you have not received your tracking number, please check your "Junk' folder VIA email, as it may have been automatically filtered.
